FAQ
Common questions
Yes. The free analyses have no time limit and no credit card is required. You can build your complete retirement picture, see your projections, and ask questions about your own plan in plain words without ever paying.
Yes — premium starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a card at signup but don't charge it until the trial ends, so you can cancel any time in those 14 days and pay nothing. After that it renews annually. The trial is available once; if you've had one in the past six months, checkout goes straight to a paid subscription.
The practice seat is the advisor subscription — you invite clients, access their plans, and run scenarios on their behalf. The marketplace listing isn't a separate plan; it's a $19/mo add-on your firm's lead advisor buys and assigns to a specific advisor, making that person discoverable to RetiFlo members seeking guidance. You need an active seat to list, and an advisor who isn't the firm lead confirms their own CRD or CFP credential before their listing goes live.
Yes. A client who is connected to an advisor practice can still have their own individual subscription, or they can use the free tier independently. Advisor access and individual access are separate.
