Do I need one for each advisor?
You would need a marketplace entry for each advisor whose name and bio you want to advertise. You can create one listing for the firm, or a listing for a few select advisors that have the bandwidth to support adhoc work, or one for every advisor in the firm.

Advisor pricing questions
Each advisor on your team who needs access to client plans requires a seat. There is no limit on the number of clients per seat. A solo advisor pays $149/month; a firm with three advisors pays $447/month. Assistant seats — for data entry, without client-facing recommendations — are $40/month each.
No. Clients who are connected to your practice through an advisor invitation are not required to have a paid subscription. They can use the free tier or upgrade independently — but it's not required for you to access their plan.
Client data is theirs, not yours. If you cancel your practice subscription, your access to client plans ends, but clients retain their plans and all their data. Nothing is deleted.
No. Both monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
Yes, as an add-on arranged directly with your firm rather than something you switch on in the product. We have not put a price on it: what priority handling is worth depends on how your firm actually works, and we would rather agree that with you than publish a number we picked in the abstract. Talk to us and we will work it out together.
You can turn a listing off at any time, and it stops attracting new connection requests immediately. Removing it finishes taking effect once any work already underway — an in-progress review, for instance — is either completed or handed to another advisor. That gate exists to protect the client, not our revenue: nobody who came to you through the marketplace should be left mid-engagement.
